To whom it may concern,

The US Federal Government has been notified for four years regarding toxic mortgage loans which were written by 
America's largest residential builder and one of the DOW's top 500 companies, D R Horton [DHI].  DHI and its in house 
mortgage origination unit recently sold its European residential building operations.  It is very likely that DHI sold 
predatory loans to Europeans as it has to Americans.  These are the same toxic loans which have led to worldwide 
financial collapse as testified to by the UK's Gordon Brown to Parliament on Monday, October 21, 2008. 

The Federal agencies have had absolute certified notice of specific nationwide fraud. DHI has retained the international 
law firm of Gibson Dunn and Crutcher to further shield it from liability.  The US SEC has been asked for a "no action" 
ruling so that DHI does not have to publicly vote to commit to only lawful activities in the future and to promise to stop 
issuing predatory loans or practicing mortgage fraud. I have discovered recent predatory loans which proves that DHI 
continues to defraud the global economy.

Four of DHI's 9 Board members have acknowledged receipt of notification of nationwide fraud.  Their chief litigation 
counsel has likewise confirmed knowledge of the white collar crimes.  If the US Department of Justice, Housing, Federal 
Bureau of Investigation and the Securities and Exchange Commission do not act to prevent future DHI crime, the only 
logical conclusion is that the federal U.S. authorities are complicit in covering up the past and future crimes.

Il governo federale degli Stati Uniti è stato informato per quattro anni per quanto riguarda i prestiti ipotecari tossici che 
sono stati scritti dal più grande costruttore residenziale e da una delle piu grandi aziende dell'America del Principale 500
 del D.O.W., la D. R. Horton [DHI].  DHI ed il reparto interno che origina I prestiti ipotecari  hanno recentemente venduto
 i relativi funzionamenti europei dell'edificio residenziale.  È molto probabile che prestiti predatori sono stati venduti da DHI 
ad Europei come agli Americani.  Questi sono gli stessi prestiti tossici che hanno condotto al crollo finanziario tutto il 
mondo come testimoniato da Gordon Brown dell’ Inghilterra al Parlamento Lunedì, 21 Ottobre, 2008.   

Gli enti federali hanno avuto avviso certificato assoluto della frode nazionale specifica. DHI ha assunto la ditta 
internazionale di diritto di Gibson Dunn e di Crutcher per continuare a proteggerli dalla responsabilità.  Gli Stati Uniti 
SEC sono stati chiesti “una nessun'azione”  da non dovere pubblicamente votare DHI per commettere soltanto alle attività 
legali in avvenire e di promettere di smettere di offrire i prestiti predatori o di esercitarsi nella frode di ipoteca.  

Quattro dei nove membri di bordo del DHI  hanno ammesso che hanno ricevuto  la notifica della frode nazionale.  Il loro 
consulente legale principale di controversia ha confermato ugalmente la conoscenza dei crimini bianchi del collare.  Se il 
reparto degli Stati Uniti di Giustizia, di FBI e la Commissione di Scambio e di Sicurezze non si impegnano ad impedire il 
crimine futuro di DHI, l'unica conclusione logica è che le autorità federali sono complici nel dissimulare i crimini passati e 
futuri.

Vous savez déjà queu les crises d’immobilier et financielle ont commence aux Etats Unis sous George Bush.  Beaucoups de banques European ont ete sverement affecte donc.  Ce que vous ne savez pas malgrement, c’est que le gouvernement American a riene fait pour l’evitee, et est meme en train d’aide la plus grosse corporation de batiment residentielle, D R Horton Inc [DHI] sur la bourse DOW, -qui a contribue a la crise immensement.

Les principales de DHI (et les organizations federale) ont recu des douzaines de letters qui a raconte la vol de milliarres de dollars.   Les maisons que DHI a battissee, ont ete vendue avec des instruments financielles est des interetes qu’illes savez que leurs clients ne pouvez pas payer.  J’ai une liste de centaines de DHI victims qui ont déjà perdus leurs maisons ou est en train de les perdre.  Ni DHI, ni le gouvernement ont reaggissee pou arête cests crimes financielles. 

Meme les tribunals des etats et federale aide les corporations puissant.  Si un victim nas pas asset de’argent, il ne peux pas investige les crime a le niveau necessaire pour gagne.  J’avais trois douzaine de victims qui ont explique leurs histoires d’etres piques, mais le tribunale a insiste que leurs histoires etres mis en forme de declaration officielle.  Si les victims avait les fonds necessaire, ca poure etre fait.  Parce quils navait pas les fonds, ils nont eu pas de chance commes les victims avant et après eux.

Les vols continue meme aujourdhui.  J’ai inclus des documents en Anglaise qui explique la situation en detaille.  Les agencies Americain s’en foutre.

Ironically since the U. S. government has been proven unwilling to protect the American public, the US’s less sympathetic counterparts and enemies might instead have to come to their defense. 

Now my efforts will stop only when the criminals at DHI go to prison and there is an international scandal.
